American Breakfast

Japanese days are often fueled by a meal of fish and rice. The brain benefits that fish provide a welcome feeling of spryness. Fish and rice both lack excessive health detriments, making them an exquisite choice for the health-minded breakfast eater.
The Middle East is known for three things: war, oil, and hummus. Hummus is a very hearty start to the day that can act as an enriching add-on to an entire assortment of foods. Nothing is more wholesome than a large spoonful of hummus slathered on your favorite vegetable or baked good. Hummus enhances the somewhat bland taste of healthy items, making it the perfect choice for you to "trick" yourself into eating something healthy.
The final breakfast I will analyze is the Mexican one. While many people may not perceive Mexican food as especially healthy, one must also realize that Mexican cuisine in the Western world is very heavily Westernized. After peeling back adaptations to the American palette, you will discover a whole world of delicious, yet guiltless, gastronomy. A simple egg and corn chip taco is a favorite of mine. The crunch of the corn chips cuts through the otherwise mushy meal. Even though this taco is not purely Mexican, it is still a prime way to enjoy Mexican cooking without having to look sadly at your belly the next day.
It is very unlikely that the concept of breakfast as we know it today will change anytime soon, it may change for you personally. All it takes is some dedicated effort on your part to create a meal that both you and your body enjoy.
